Dr. William Marelich's research interests and publications address decision-making strategies in health settings, patient/provider interactions, HIV/AIDS, and statistical/methodological approaches in experimental and applied research. He has over 80 peer-reviewed publications and monographs, including author of the book "Health Psychology: Alternative Topics," and coauthor of the books, "The Social Psychology of Health," and "Advanced Statistics for Kinesiology and Exercise Science." Dr. Marelich is a two-time recipient (most recently in 2020) of the prestigious Outstanding Scholarship and Creativity Award from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at his university, and currently serves as an Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Adolescence and Youth. He also has an interest in Sport Psychology with applications to baseball.
